Ivona joins FAR in December 2021 as a project assistant.
Ivona receives her Bachelor degree in International Public Management in 2019 from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and her Master degree in Public Administration in 2020 from Leiden University, both in The Netherlands.
Ivona begins her journey in the field of social work and education as a special needs mentor for 4 years during her education in NL. Simultaneously, she supports The International Association for Intercultural Education with various administrative and project-related activities.
At the end of her Master studies, Ivona moves to Colombia where she co-founds a project for environmental education The Fly High Bird Club where she plays the role of a mentor and project manager.
In FAR, Ivona supports the project expert and continues to learn and develop her skills in the area of social work with vulnerable groups.
