Candidate Requirements:
- Licensed attorney with at least two years of legal experience
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Geographical area of work: Plovdiv
- Respect for human rights, professional boundaries, and ethics
- Readiness to work in a multicultural environment
- Teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to support other team members
- Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), online communication platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.), and social media
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals is an advantage
- Experience in refugee and immigration law and/or academic specialization in this area is a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal consultations to individuals with refugee/humanitarian status, temporary protection (including detained persons), and stateless individuals regarding socio-economic inclusion (access to work, education, healthcare, housing, social assistance, family benefits), and naturalization
- Holding legal consultation hours twice a week for three hours each on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the "Compass" Community Center in Plovdiv (exact hours to be determined with the lawyer)
- Preparing and submitting documents on behalf of beneficiaries to various state bodies and institutions
- Drafting complaints and motions to the competent courts
- Conducting informational sessions related to the socio-economic inclusion of refugees and access to the labor market
- Working and coordinating closely with the team leader and other FAR team members

- Base monthly gross remuneration of 1,617 BGN, with the possibility of additional tasks and corresponding compensation
