Requirements for candidates:
- Licensed attorney with at least two years of legal experience
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Geographical area of activity: Plovdiv
- Respect for human rights, professional boundaries, and ethics
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Precision, open-mindedness, and teamwork and coordination skills
- Analytical thinking, ability to meet deadlines, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, communication platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.), and social media
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals is an advantage
- Experience in refugee and immigration law and/or educational specialization in this field is a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal consultations to individuals with refugee/humanitarian status, temporary protection, including those in detention, and stateless persons on socio-economic inclusion (access to employment, education, healthcare, housing, social and family assistance), and naturalization
- Preparing and submitting documents on behalf of clients to various state authorities and institutions
- Drafting complaints and applications to competent courts
- Conducting informational sessions related to the socio-economic inclusion of refugees and access to the labor market
- Collaborating and coordinating with FAR’s team leader and other team members

- Flexible working hours, with an average commitment of 4 hours per day
- Base monthly gross salary of BGN 1,617
