She possesses an impressive academic background:

• PhD in International Migration and Social Integration (Complutense University, Madrid);
• PhD in International Public Law (Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski).

Her expert contribution is internationally recognized – she is the representative for Bulgaria in the prestigious Odysseus Academic Network and in the European Immigration Lawyers Network (EILN). For her work in protecting the rights of vulnerable groups, she was honored with the Person of the Year award. She is the author of numerous publications and a leader of specialized trainings in the field of migration law.
