Teodora Lalova was born on 15.12.1999 in Veliko Tarnovo. She graduated from St Cyril and St Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics (English and Arabic) with International Relations in 2024. During her studies she participated in an Erasmus+ student exchange project for a semester in Vilnius, Lithuania. She also volunteered at the European Information Centre, travelling on short Erasmus+ projects in Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Romania. In the period 2023-2024 she was an intern at the cultural space "TAM" in Veliko Tarnovo, translating texts from Bulgarian to English for various social networks and channels.
