Yanka Kosarova holds a Master's in Law from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", obtained in 2018. She has been an attorney at law since 2019 in the city of Sofia. With her profession, she aims to help people in need and defend their rights, which is why she joined the Foundation for Access to Rights - FAR team in August 2023.

She graduated with distinction in 2023 from the FAR training programme "Current Issues in Refugee and Migration Law".
