Foundation for Access to Rights - FAR is looking for a Social Media Expert to join its team.
Requirements for applicants:
Experience creating content for social media;
Experience in NGO communications management;
Experience in the migration field is an advantage;
Experience in human rights work and knowledge of the sector in Bulgaria is an advantage;
Proficiency in Bulgarian and English is a must, and proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage;
Attention to detail;
Experience in advocacy campaigns is an advantage;
Respect for human rights, professional boundaries and ethics;
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment;
Precision and broad-mindedness, teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate and support the work of other team members;
Analytical thinking, meeting deadlines and accountability;
Experience of working with vulnerable individuals.
Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office as well as online communication platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc) as well as Canva and other specialist software;
Responsibilities:
Creating text and visual content for social media;
Creating and managing a calendar of posts and strategies to target specific audiences;
Collecting statistics and maintaining a database of audience outreach;
Working closely with other team members; detailed knowledge of the work of the outreach teams as well as the content of online news platforms;
