This important question brought together institutions, trade unions, employers, municipalities, and civil organizations at the Conference, held on November 13, 2025, at the InterContinental Sofia hotel.

We discussed the real challenges facing businesses, administrative barriers, as well as successful practices that are already yielding results in support of labor integration.
